How to breastfeed in your car #3

How to breastfeed in your car

Breastfeeding your baby in the car can be convenient when you are away from home. Choose a safe, private place to park and turn off the engine before beginning.

Sit comfortably in the front passenger seat or back seat, and support your baby’s head and neck with your arm or a nursing pillow. Bring water, a burp cloth, and anything else you need within easy reach.

Make sure your baby’s nose stays clear and you can see their face while feeding. Never breastfeed while driving or while the car is moving. If you are the driver, park safely before feeding. Once your baby has finished, secure them properly in their car seat before continuing your journey.
